Now for all the "fine print" but for the sake of being a good business person, well a good person, I don't think we need to keep it so "fine"

1. ALL items are hand-dyed/made or designed in-house unless otherwise stated in the item's description. Every hank of hand-dyed/painted yarn is unique. While there are dyelots that will hold identical colors, NO TWO hanks are truly identical. Colors may vary slightly from dye lot to dye lot even within the same colorway. If you need a certain amount of a yarn in a single dye lot, of an existing colorway and we don't currently have that much available just email us and we will make it for you at no extra cost. Hand-made items may have some differences from one another, NO TWO items are exactly alike.
2. Patterns are copyrighted Samantha in Stitches unless otherwise stated. All patterns are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, sold, or knitted for profit without the express written consent of Samantha in Stitches.
3. While all sales are final, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to make you happy! We look at each case individually.
   
4. We list our available quantities in each item's description, however in the event of simultaneous purchases, ie purchases made so close to each other inventory is unable to be updated in time, the first actual order to come through will be honored. The subsequent customers will be contacted and we will make every effort to fulfill the order in a timely manner, or cancel it if the time frame does not suit the customer. 
5.  We ship all orders the least expensive way possible, this is typically USPS first class- this keeps costs down for our customers. However, if you desire your order faster than the standard 3-5 days (US) just let us know and if you are willing to pay the upgraded shipping cost we will gladly send priority, express or other method at your request.
